New Winter Opening Hours Announced at Hillcrest Bowling Club

As we transition into the winter season, Hillcrest Bowling Club has introduced updated clubhouse opening hours to better suit the needs of our members and guests during the colder months. These changes come with a slight reduction in our Wednesday and Thursday evening hours to ensure we continue to provide a welcoming and efficient service while balancing the quieter season.

Updated Winter Opening Hours

The clubhouse will now be open during the following hours throughout the winter:

Monday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Tuesday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM (reduced hours)
Thursday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM (reduced hours)
Friday: 6:00 PM – 11:50 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM – 10:50 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 10:50 PM

Our Wednesday and Thursday opening times have been slightly shortened due to lower footfall on these evenings during the winter months. We’re committed to providing great service during these hours, and we welcome everyone to join us for socializing, drinks, and entertainment at the clubhouse.

Why the Change?

With fewer evening activities in the middle of the week during winter, we’ve made the decision to reduce Wednesday and Thursday evening hours. These changes will allow us to focus on keeping the clubhouse lively and welcoming on busier nights, while still providing the same level of comfort and service on quieter evenings.

Enjoy Our Regular Events

Don’t forget, our clubhouse is still buzzing with regular events throughout the week. Whether it’s a fun-filled Bingo nighton Tuesdays or our popular Sunday Music Quiz, there’s always something happening. Our Saturday evening quiz, hosted by the legendary Jacko, also continues each month, providing even more reasons to visit.

After many years of faithful service from our old till, Hillcrest Bowling Club is thrilled to announce that we've officially upgraded to a brand-new, state-of-the-art electronic point of sale (EPOS) system! 🎉 Thanks to our partners at SumUp, this advanced system is now fully installed and ready to improve operations at the club. While our team is getting used to the upgrade, we’re confident it will bring big benefits to both our members and staff.
